We see commercial law as including:
- Creating security rights, disputes about pledge and/or mortgage rights, suretyship, joint and several debtors, transfer subject to retention of title, right of retention
- Drawing up powers of attorney, disputes about powers of attorney granted
- Commercial purchases (transfer of title, risk, delivery, Incoterms, international)
- Consumer and other purchases and hidden or other defects
- Law of ownership, such as problems relating to the right to dispose of property, transfer and/or title; claiming return of property
- Law of obligations, such as breaches of purchase and other agreements, dissolution, compensation, setting aside of juristic acts; limitation periods on rights of action, set-offs, suspensions, penalty clauses
- Dividing a community of property
- Unlawful acts
